⚙️ ŠTO ĆEŠ RADITI?

Naša pravna služba svakodnevno surađuje s različitim odjelima, sudjeluje u rješavanju poslovnih pitanja i pruža pravnu podršku u brojnim situacijama.

Tvoje glavne odgovornosti uključivat će:

  • Samostalnu izradu, pregled i usklađivanje ugovora, aneksa i ostale poslovne dokumentacije
  • Davanje pravnih mišljenja, preporuka i konkretnih rješenja kolegama iz drugih odjela
  • Izradu različitih pravnih dopisa, očitovanja, žalbi, prigovora, punomoći i drugih podnesaka
  • Praćenje ugovornih obveza, rokova, jamstvenih razdoblja i ostalih važnih uvjeta
  • Pripremu bankovnih garancija, zadužnica i druge potrebne dokumentacije
  • Komunikaciju i suradnju s odvjetnicima, javnim bilježnicima, bankama, osiguravajućim društvima i drugim institucijama
  • Sudjelovanje u izradi i ažuriranju internih pravilnika, procedura i drugih akata, kao i ostale poslove povezane s radom pravne službe

Prava si osoba za nas ako:

  • Imaš završen sveučilišni studij prava
  • Imaš najmanje dvije godine iskustva u pravnim poslovima, bilo u trgovačkom društvu, odvjetničkom uredu, javnom sektoru ili sličnom okruženju
  • Imaš iskustva u samostalnoj izradi i pregledu ugovora, pravnih dopisa i druge dokumentacije
  • Zanimaju te područja radnog, trgovačkog i građanskog prava te javne nabave
  • Samostalna si, temeljita i odgovorna osoba koja vodi računa o detaljima
  • Jasno i profesionalno komuniciraš te znaš pristupiti različitim ljudima i situacijama
  • Razumiješ važnost povjerljivosti podataka i informacija
  • Odlično se služiš engleskim jezikom u govoru i pismu

Ne očekujemo da znaš sve, ali nam je važno da imaš dobru pravnu podlogu, želiš učiti i nije ti problem uhvatiti se ukoštac s novim situacijama.
