The posting

Onze Infra-afdeling werkt mee aan het project van de Oosterweelverbinding. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen. Hierbij zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren aankoper. Je staat in overleg en werkt samen met het tender- en werfteam voor een optimaal en tijdig aankoopproces. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor de meest economische prijs voor diensten en middelen, rekening houdend met planning, techniek, risicomanagement en QHSES. Je bent voortdurend in contact met het tender- en uitvoeringsteam.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Tender & uitvoeringsteam informeren van markt mogelijkheden en moeilijkheden.
  • Voeren van besprekingen met potentiële onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Opmaken van prijsvragen op basis van de ontvangen informatie van het team.
  • Vergelijken van prijzen en offertes, zowel financieel als technisch
  • Organiseren van verduidelijkings- en onderhandelingsvergaderingen.
  • Het project adviseren over finale aankoop
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers tot en met het opstellen van contracten.
  • Beheren en beoordelen van het onderaannemersbestand middels de daarvoor bestemde programmatuur Werken in een multidisciplinair tender/project team (ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding, financieel, juridisch, etc.).

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor bouwkunde – of gelijkwaardig wegens ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring als aankoper in de civiele bouw op complexe projecten.
  • Je hebt kennis van de Belgische markt in de civiele bouwsector.
  • Je bent klantgericht en herkent de wensen en belangen van zowel interne- als externe klanten.
  • Je bent planmatig en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je spreekt, schrijft en begrijpt goed Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en Frans is een pluspunt.
