  • Experience in a technical, operational or project-driven environment is an advantage.
  • You have a genuine passion for safety and enjoy being close to operations and people in the field.
  • You are hands-on and proactive, and you are comfortable addressing safety issues and engaging with operational teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with a practical mindset.
  • You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, from crews and site teams to project management.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Willing and able to travel worldwide and work on rotational schedules for international dredging projects.
  • Able to work from DEME’s headquarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, when not assigned to a project abroad.

Our offer

  • An extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance.
  • A permanent training track which allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally.
  • The opportunity to combine work at our headquarters with hands-on experience on international dredging projects.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
