Want terwijl je iedere dag met je neus middenin de mooiste en duurzaamste projecten zit, krijg je ook nog eens alle ruimte voor je eigen ontwikkeling. En zet je samen met je collega´s serieuze stappen naar een toekomst met minder fossiele brandstoffen.

Als Risicomanager ben jij degene die zorgt dat we onze projecten zo soepel mogelijk en zonder verrassingen kunnen uitvoeren. Je hebt contact met iedereen die erbij betrokken is en houdt ze scherp op aanpak, afspraken en afwerking.

Waar doe je dat? Omdat je in een team werkt met meerdere collega’s ben je de meeste dagen op projectlocatie(s) te vinden. In voorbereidende fases is dit vaak ons gezellige kantoor in Amsterdam-Noord. Maar als het zo uitkomt, werk je natuurlijk ook gewoon vanuit huis.

Wat ga je doen?

  • projectschema's en planningen analysen;
  • Rapportage- en budgetvereisten analyseren en verbeteren;
  • Project gerelateerde problemen en kansen identificeren als risico / kans en vervolgens rapporteren;
  • voorstellen doen om risico's te minimaliseren en kansen te maximaliseren;
  • planningen controleren, verbetervoorstellen doen en veranderingen coördineren met de betrokken partijen;
  • monitoren van de voortgang en sturen op de gerelateerde maatregelen op de overeengekomen manier met alle betrokken;
  • de Innovatie actielijst up-to-date houden en de actiehouders informeren;
  • werken én handelen volgens de standaarden van de DEME Group en die van de QHSE-S-instructies.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Na je (waarschijnlijk) technische opleiding heb je bij voorkeur al zo´n jaar of vijf ervaring met risicomanagement.
  • Daardoor weet je als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om zowel je oog op de bal te houden, als je oren open te houden voor de feedback van alle betrokkenen.
  • Je bent hard op de inhoud maar zacht op de mens en smoort op ieder vlak problemen liefst in de kiem om de vaart en plezier erin te houden.
  • Superscherp, klantgericht en een teamspeler zijn competenties waarvan wij weten dat ze je goed van pas komen als Risicomanager.
  • Maar we laten ons graag door jou vertellen wat jij meebrengt om met je nieuwe baan een succesverhaal te schrijven.
