Als Works Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering van onze saneringsprojecten. Ook help je nieuwe projecten binnen te halen, met een focus op duurzame oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met je team en krijgt begeleiding en coaching van de Operations Manager en het Hoofd Bedrijfsbureau.

Waar werk je? Je bent de meeste dagen op een van je projectlocaties te vinden, samen met je collega’s. In de voorbereidende fase werk je vaak vanuit ons gezellige kantoor in Amsterdam-Noord. En als het beter uitkomt, werk je natuurlijk ook vanuit huis.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je optimaliseert de werkzaamheden op de projectlocaties en helpt zo de voortgang van de projecten te waarborgen.
  • Samen met de Project Manager bewaak je de projectbudgetten en kosten.
  • Je coördineert de contacten en communicatie tussen Project Engineers, het projectmanagement en de klant.
  • Je organiseert de werkzaamheden volgens de methodeverklaring en zorgt ervoor dat ze veilig worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je denkt mee over tenders en voegt jouw kennis toe aan de calculatie en het EMVI-plan.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond en ongeveer vijf jaar werkervaring opgedaan.
  • Je hebt brede kennis van bodemonderzoek, grondhandel en saneringswerkzaamheden en bent daarin een vraagbaak voor de organisatie.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en helpt projecten op allerlei manieren beter, soepeler en duurzamer te verlopen.
  • Je bent allround, actiegericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • En natuurlijk horen we graag wat jij nog meer meebrengt om deze rol goed in te vullen.
