Die Rolle auf einen Blick

Als AI & Automation Junior Specialist – Business Platforms & Data (m/w/d) unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von AI Agents sowie automatisierten Prozessen. Bringe dabei deine eigenen Ideen mit ein und trage so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Workflows bei.

So kannst du deinen Beitrag bei uns leisten:

  • AI-Agent-EntwicklungMitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung von AI Agents, um eine stabile Produktivität sicherzustellen Unterstützung beim Einsatz von LLMs und strukturierten AI-Workflows zur Optimierung der Datenverarbeitung
  • Workflow-OptimierungUmsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Workflows mit n8n und vergleichbaren Plattformen, um manuelle Prozessschritte zu reduzieren Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen und Synchronisationslogiken, damit Daten korrekt in den Zielsystemen ankommen
  • SystemintegrationUnterstützung bei der Integration von CRM, Falcon, Microsoft 365 und SAP durch REST APIs und Webhooks, um Datenflüsse zu gewährleisten Mitarbeit bei der Anbindung von Systemen an bestehende Prozesse, damit die Fachbereiche schnell auf neue Anforderungen reagieren können
  • Test und QualitätssicherungDurchführung von Tests und Fehleranalysen, um eine hohe Systemverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten Unterstützung bei der Versionierung und technischen Dokumentation, sodass Lösungen nachvollziehbar und wartbar sind

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Fachlicher Background: Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder ein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen und idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung gesammelt
  • Automation & Integration: Du bringst erste Erfahrungen mit Workflow-Automatisierung, z. B. mit n8n oder Power Automate, sowie ein Grundverständnis für APIs, Webhooks und technische Datenflüsse mit
  • Daten & Programmierung: Du hast Grundkenntnisse in SQL und relationalen Datenbanken und erste Programmiererfahrungen, z. B. in JavaScript, Python oder PHP
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert und hast Freude an der Analyse sowie der technischen Dokumentation
  • Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, interessierst dich für internationale Anwendungen und arbeitest gerne mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
  • Neugier & KI-Mindset: Du hast Freude daran, neue Technologien auszuprobieren und KI-Tools für Automation, Chatbots und effizientere Prozesse aktiv einzusetzen.
