Provides architectural leadership across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM, and related enterprise integrations, defining scalable solutions, technical standards, integration strategies, and modernization roadmaps.
Initially focuses on establishing strong internal architectural ownership of the existing Oracle ERP landscape while providing leadership for both EBS and Fusion solutions. Partners with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external delivery partners to guide application development, integrations, production stability, performance, continuous improvement, and adoption of Oracle cloud capabilities.
Provides architectural leadership for the evolution of DENSO’s ERP landscape, including modernization and simplification of legacy EBS solutions, expanded use of Oracle Fusion Cloud, and future enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.

- Leads solution design for new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives across both on-premise and cloud Oracle ERP platforms.
- Proactively evaluates existing ERP applications, customizations, extensions, integrations, and technical debt to identify opportunities for improvement and develops recommendations for modernization, simplification, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

- Provides hands-on technical leadership and detailed technical analysis when required across EBS and Fusion, including SQL/PLSQL, APIs, interfaces, integrations, extensions, data conversion, reporting, logs, and related Oracle technologies.
- Designs and provides architectural oversight for integrations between EBS, Fusion, and external applications using Oracle and industry-standard integration technologies.
- Partners with business and functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, supportable ERP solutions.
- Leads technical analysis of complex production and application-performance issues, ensuring root causes are identified and sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
- Establishes and promotes ERP development, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, security, and technical-governance standards.
- Provides technical direction and reviews solution designs and technical deliverables from internal development teams, global delivery resources, and external service providers to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and alignment with architecture and development standards.
- Maintains critical ERP architectural knowledge and documentation to strengthen long-term internal technical ownership and reduce dependency on individual resources or external vendors.
- Develops and maintains ERP technical and modernization roadmaps that balance current EBS requirements with the strategic transition toward Fusion and future enterprise ERP platforms.
- Provides architectural leadership for Oracle Fusion implementations, module adoption, integrations, extensions, data migration, and coexistence with existing ERP applications.
- Supports ERP technology evaluations, architecture reviews, cloud adoption planning, and future enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience serving as a technical architect, solution architect, technical lead, or equivalent senior technical role within complex Oracle ERP environments.
- Strong technical experience with Oracle EBS, including SQL/PLSQL, APIs, interfaces, concurrent processing, reporting, extensions, conversions, and integrations.

- Ability to develop current-state, transition-state, and future-state ERP architectures and translate them into practical modernization roadmaps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to work across business teams, IT organizations, vendors, and globally distributed delivery teams.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and influence solution direction across business, technical, and delivery teams without direct authority, including establishing standards, conducting architecture/design reviews, and guiding resources toward appropriate solutions.
