Wir gestalten die Zukunft der Zahnmedizin: Mit unserer digitalen Plattform unterstützen wir Zahnarztpraxen dabei, effizienter zu arbeiten, Teams zu entlasten und die Patientenversorgung zu verbessern. Werde Teil unseres Teams und treibe die digitale Transformation aktiv mit voran!

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms über den gesamten Customer Lifecycle
  • Onboarding und Schulung von Zahnarztpraxen in unserer Software
  • Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Identifikation von Upselling- und Entwicklungspotenzialen
  • Proaktives Churn-Management zur Sicherung langfristiger Kundenbindung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Sales und Marketing

  • Erfahrung in der Zahnarztpraxis (z. B. ZMV/ZFA), idealerweise mit Abrechnung
  • Interesse oder erste Erfahrung im Customer Success / Support
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Digitale Affinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch (C2) und grundlegendes Englisch (A2)
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 5 Tage/Monat)
