Aufgaben:

  • Prüfen, ob Inhalte und Ergebnisse in der Software fachlich richtig sind und so dargestellt werden, wie sie im Praxisalltag erwartet werden
  • Testen der Software aus Sicht einer Zahnarztpraxis – von der Eingabe bis zum fertigen Ergebnis
  • Prüfen, ob fachliche Vorgaben korrekt in der Software abgebildet sind und Praxisabläufe sinnvoll unterstützt werden
  • Priorisierung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern
  • Unterstützung des Support-Teams bei der Analyse von Kundenmeldungen, Nachstellung von Problemen und Ursachenfindung
  • Einbringen deiner fachlichen Expertise aus dem Praxisalltag als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produkt und Support
  • Mitarbeit in einem agilen Team aus Softwareentwickler:innen, Produktmanager:innen, Tester:innen und Support-Kolleg:innen

Was bringst Du mit:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen Ländern
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der zahnärztlichen Abrechnung sowie in administrativen und organisatorischen Praxisabläufen
  • Sicheres Verständnis von GKV- und PKV-Abrechnung
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
  • Hohe Affinität zu Software und die Motivation, dich in den Bereich Software-Testing einzuarbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Praxisabläufe zu durchdringen und Fehler oder Unstimmigkeiten zu erkennen
  • Erfahrung mit Praxisverwaltungssystemen von Vorteil
  • Qualifikation als ZMV oder Betriebswirt:in für Zahnarztpraxen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
