Tareas y requerimientos

En Dentsu Madrid buscamos incorporar un/a Labor Relations Business Partner que actúe como referente en materia de Relaciones Laborales y como socio estratégico de RR. HH. para el negocio. Buscamos una persona con una sólida base técnica en relaciones laborales, visión generalista de Recursos Humanos y capacidad para generar un impacto positivo tanto en las personas como en la organización.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Actuar como punto de referencia en materia de Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales para las diferentes áreas de negocio.
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento laboral especializado, gestionar la relación con la representación legal de los trabajadores y acompañar la resolución de situaciones laborales complejas, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y el apoyo al negocio.
  • Asesorar y acompañar a managers y empleados en cuestiones relacionadas con la gestión de personas y la normativa laboral.
  • Garantizar la correcta aplicación de las políticas internas, los procedimientos y la legislación laboral vigente.
  • Gestionar y dar respuesta a consultas e incidencias relacionadas con el ámbito laboral.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de proyectos e iniciativas de Recursos Humanos alineados con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Participar en la gestión de procesos de Relaciones Laborales y en la coordinación con los distintos interlocutores internos y externos.

Requisitos clave

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Relaciones Laborales dentro de entornos corporativos complejos.
  • Sólido conocimiento de la legislación laboral española y actualización constante sobre cambios normativos.
  • Nivel alto de inglés, con capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos internacionales y colaborar con stakeholders globales.
  • Visión generalista de Recursos Humanos, orientación al negocio y enfoque colaborativo.
