Wat ga je doen?

Als Project Manager ben jij de rechterhand van onze Client Directors en Integrated Media Consultants. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van (financiële) administratie tot het coördineren van projecten. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Jij houdt het overzicht en ondersteunt het team met onder andere:

  • Klantencontact onderhouden en de projectadministratie altijd up-to-date houden.
  • Pro-actief activiteiten coördineren zodat projecten soepel en succesvol verlopen.
  • Ad-hoc vragen beantwoorden met flair, snelheid en precisie.
  • Teammeetings organiseren en leiden , waarbij jij altijd een stap vooruit denkt.
  • Het facturatieproces bewaken en zorgen dat alles klopt met de contractafspraken.
  • Heldere rapportages opstellen, wekelijks of maandelijks, zodat iedereen inzicht heeft.

Wat zoeken wij in jou?

Jij bent een energieke aanpakker die graag zijn of haar mouwen opstroopt. Met jouw commerciële drive en oog voor detail ben jij een sterke Project Manager en een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Minimaal een MBO+ diploma.
  • Twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (of in de mediawereld).
  • Affiniteit met administratief werk én kennis van marketing- en media disciplines (on- en offline).
  • Skills in Excel en Microsoft Teams, data en project management tools
  • Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Initiatief én zin om te groeie
