The posting

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced commercial leader to drive sales enablement, commercial transformation and growth initiatives across Northern Europe and our Global Accelerator Client portfolio.

In this strategic role, you will work across global, regional and local leadership teams to accelerate adoption of dentsu's priority commercial solutions, strengthen sales capability, and build the frameworks, incentives and go-to-market strategies required to unlock future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial transformation and sales enablement initiatives across Northern Europe.
  • Drive adoption and commercialisation of dentsu's priority solutions and products.
  • Develop and scale sales capability, infrastructure and performance frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Client, Finance, HR and Reward functions.
  • Lead product go-to-market planning and influence future solution development.
  • Drive growth across Global Accelerator Clients and priority Northern European markets.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive senior leadership experience within media, marketing, technology, consulting or commercial transformation environments.
  • Proven success leading complex global and regional transformation programmes across matrix organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling sales enablement and commercial capability programmes across multiple international markets.
  • Strong track record of influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience partnering across Commercial, Finance, HR and Reward functions to implement sales performance and incentive frameworks.
  • Ability to translate local market needs into global commercial strategies and drive adoption at scale.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience supporting both Global Client portfolios and Northern European market organisations simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of commercialisation strategies for proprietary, platform-based or high-margin solutions.
  • Experience operating across both Swedish and Dutch markets within a global business environment.
  • Proven track record of leading global sales enablement initiatives while driving regional revenue growth outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing commercial transformation strategies spanning culture, capability and compensation within a complex international organisation.
