Dann haben wir genau den richtigen Job für Sie! Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Garantiekoordinator:in (m/w/d) für unseren Retailbereich mit Betreuung aller Standorte in ganz Österreich.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Sie übernehmen österreichweit eine zentrale Rolle bei der Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Garantieprozesse im Retailbereich.
  • Sie analysieren bestehende Garantieanträge, identifizieren Fehlerquellen und erkennen Optimierungspotenziale – mit dem Ziel, die Garantieabwicklung effizienter, strukturierter und wirtschaftlicher zu gestalten.
  • Sie sind regelmäßig in unseren Autohäusern vor Ort, begleiten die Garantiesachbearbeiter im Tagesgeschäft und sorgen durch gezielte Schulungen und Beratungen für eine nachhaltige Verbesserung der Abläufe.
  • Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitern vor Ort klare Strukturen und Standards und stellen eine einheitliche Qualität in der Garantieabwicklung sicher.
  • Sie steuern und koordinieren bestehende Garantieprozesse, begleiten deren Umsetzung und treiben eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran.

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Sie sind motivierte und begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die Menschen für Ideen und neue Prozesse mitreißen und begeistern kann
  • Abgeschlossene kfm. und/oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre/Matura/HTL/HAK/HLW)
  • Einschlägige Branchenerfahrung im Automobilbereich insbesondere im Bereich Garantieabwicklung von großem Vorteil
  • Hohe IT Affinität und Eigeninitiative, um sich neue Systeme anzueignen
  • Nationale Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein Klasse B ist ein Muss)
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke
