Sie sind eine zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Zur Unterstützung unseres Dispositionsteams am Standort in Graz suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Verkaufsassistenz.

In dieser zentralen Funktion tragen Sie maßgeblich zum reibungslosen Ablauf im Verkaufsprozess bei. Es erwarten Sie dabei vielseitige Aufgaben in einer der führenden Unternehmensgruppen in der Automobilbranche in Österreich.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Administrative Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams
  • Fakturierung und Überprüfung von Kaufverträgen
  • Bestellung der Fahrzeuge
  • Auftragserstellung zur technischen Durchsicht für Kundenübernahme
  • Erstellung und Kontierung von Gutschriften
  • Einreichen von Boni zur qualitativen Zielerreichung

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

  • Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung (HAK/HASCH)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fahrzeugdisposition von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS-Office), SAP und CDP Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Genauer Arbeitsstil und ausgeprägtes Zahlengefühl
  • Organisationstalent mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Interesse an der Automobilbranche
