Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns bewegt sich was! Weil wir weiter auf Wachstumskurs sind, erweitern wir unser Team und suchen ein echtes Organisationstalent: Werde ab sofort unser neuer Personalreferent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

  • Du gestaltest arbeitsrechtliche Maßnahmen für unser Unternehmen aktiv mit und berätst unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden auf Augenhöhe, um gemeinsam rechtssichere und faire Lösungen zu finden
  • Du steuerst unseren gesamten Such- und Auswahlprozess von A bis Z – von der ersten Bedarfsklärung mit den Fachbereichen bis hin zum erfolgreichen Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder
  • Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden ganzheitlich vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und optimierst die dazugehörigen internen Prozesse
  • Du pflegst in Atoss die Zeiterfassung, Urlaub und Krankheit
  • Du entwickelst und koordinierst unsere eigenen Personalmarketingkonzepte gemeinsam mit unserer Marketingabteilung und machst unser Unternehmen durch kreative Kampagnen und Aktionen als attraktiven Arbeitgeber sichtbarer
  • Du arbeitest an standortübergreifenden HR-Projekten gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen unserer Zentrale mit

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ hast du ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als Personalreferent oder in einer vergleichbaren HR-Funktion
  • Du verfügst wünschenswerterweise über erste Erfahrungen in Personio und/ oder Atoss
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und deren praktische Umsetzung
  • Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung aus dem Bauwesen oder einem handwerklichen Baubetrieb mit
  • Du hast eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und einer Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du besitzt Durchsetzungsstärke, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Reisebereitschaft zu unseren (Projekt)-Standorten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich
