Deine Aufgaben

Unser Team wächst, weil unser Erfolg wächst. Deshalb suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unsere Personalabteilung. Sachbearbeiter Personalwesen (m/w/d) - Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche) – ideal vereinbar mit deinem Alltag.

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere HR-Prozesse effizient und professionell laufen
  • Du begleitest administrative Personalprozesse von A bis Z und erstellst alle relevanten Unterlagen
  • Du hältst unsere Personalakten digital als auch analog aktuell und trägst zu einer strukturierten Datenpflege bei
  • Du organisierst Schulungsbuchungen und unterstützt unsere Academy bei der Planung und Durchführung von Schulungswochen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Personalwesen oder in der HR-Sachbearbeitung
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und packst gerne mit an
  • Mit sensiblen und vertraulichen Informationen gehst du verantwortungsbewusst und diskret um
  • Gelegentliche Reisen zu unseren Projektstandorten sind für dich kein Problem
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
