Rejoignez notre équipe pour notre magasin Tommy Hilfiger à Messancy en tant que Sales Manager (h/f/d) en contrat à temps plein de 35 heures par semaine !

L’Assistant Store Manager, qui reporte au Store Manager, gère les activités de l’équipe et du magasin et applique la politique commerciale de l’entreprise afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés. Ses missions incluent l’accueil des clients et la fidélisation, l’accompagnement et la formation de l’équipe, le maintien d’un bon climat social et le partage des connaissances, la promotion de l’image de marque du magasin, la satisfaction client (...).

Vente :

•Diriger l’équipe, former aux techniques de vente, appliquer la politique commerciale et rationaliser les coûts.

•Maintenir le magasin propre et organisé, appliquer les techniques de merchandising, gérer les stocks et respecter les délais.

Management :

•Piloter et mobiliser une équipe de 8 personnes, assurer une communication efficace, développer la synergie d’équipe et surveiller les besoins en formation.

Gestion / organisation :

•Gérer les procédures administratives, planifier le personnel, maîtriser l’outil FIORI, contrôler le badging et respecter les budgets.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

•Gérer les priorités et les urgences

•Méthodique, rigoureux·se et organisé·e

•Écoute et capacité d’adaptation à différents profils

•Autonomie dans le respect des procédures et des délais

•Maîtrise du français ; la maitrise de l’anglais est un atout

•Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le secteur de la mode, du retail ou du commerce sur un poste similaire
