Le rôle :

En tant que Conseiller(ère) de Vente, vous êtes l'ambassadeur(rice) de la marque Superdry. Vous incarnez nos valeurs et offrez à chaque client une expérience d'achat unique et mémorable.

Votre rôle sera d'accueillir, conseiller et accompagner chaque visiteur afin qu'il trouve les produits qui lui correspondent. Vous contribuerez également à créer une atmosphère accueillante et inspirante, où chaque client aura envie de revenir.

Vos missions :

  • Offrir un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé à chaque client.
  • Dépasser les attentes des clients en proposant un service d'excellence.
  • Conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs achats afin de leur faire vivre l'expérience Superdry.
  • Garantir une excellente connaissance des produits et partager votre passion pour la marque.
  • Participer activement à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux de la boutique.
  • Contribuer à la bonne tenue du magasin en veillant à un merchandising attractif et conforme aux standards de la marque.
  • Participer au réassort, au rangement et à la gestion des stocks.
  • Être acteur de l'image de Superdry en respectant les procédures et les standards visuels de l'enseigne.
  • Travailler en équipe afin de garantir une expérience client irréprochable.

  • Appréciez le contact client et aimez créer une relation de confiance.
