Objectif du poste

Soutenir l'équipe en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle, en stimulant les performances commerciales, en partageant une connaissance approfondie des produits et en maintenant les normes de la marque et du magasin.

Principales responsabilités

Service à la clientèle :

o Interagir de manière proactive avec les clients, les accueillir et les aider, en créant une expérience d'achat accueillante et luxueuse.

o Écouter activement pour comprendre les besoins des clients et leur fournir des recommandations personnalisées.

o Faites preuve d'excellence commerciale en proposant des ventes incitatives, des ventes croisées et en établissant des relations afin d'atteindre les objectifs individuels et ceux du magasin.

o Offrir des conseils de style et partager des anecdotes sur les produits afin d'inspirer des décisions d'achat en toute confiance.

o Traiter les plaintes et les demandes des clients de manière professionnelle, en veillant à ce que des normes de service élevées soient toujours respectées.

Ventes :

o Scanner les articles, traiter les paiements, appliquer les promotions et émettre les reçus.

o Gérer les retours et garantir un passage en caisse fluide.

Assistance en entrepôt :

o Maintenir la disponibilité des produits et l'organisation des zones de stockage, afin de contribuer au bon fonctionnement du magasin.

o Collaborez avec la direction pour assurer la fluidité des flux de stock entre la surface de vente et l'entrepôt.

Connaissance des produits :

o Restez informé sur les collections de produits, les matériaux, les caractéristiques et l'histoire des marques.

o Informez les clients afin de les aider à prendre des décisions d'achat éclairées.

o Recueillir les commentaires des clients afin d'améliorer l'offre de produits et le service.

Représentation de la marque :

o Représentez de manière cohérente les valeurs, la mission et les produits de la marque.

o Communiquez l'histoire de la marque et restez informé des collections et des initiatives.

o Prendre en main son développement personnel en participant à des formations et à des modules d'apprentissage en ligne.

o Soutenez vos collègues en partageant vos connaissances sur les produits et le stylisme.

o Contribuez à une culture d'apprentissage continu et de soutien mutuel.

Sécurité :

o Respectez les normes de sécurité dans les allées et les réserves.

o Respectez et appliquez les politiques de prévention des pertes et réduisez au minimum les pertes de stock.

o Promouvoir un environnement respectueux et sûr pour les collègues et les clients.
