Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. The Service Advisor is the key link between our customers and service technicians. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a career in automotive service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and listen to their service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
  • Clearly explain repair recommendations, timelines, and costs
  • Communicate between customers and technicians
  • Provide accurate estimates and obtain repair approvals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain organized service records and documentation
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every interaction

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly demeanor
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
