The posting

Auto Demo Account is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our service department and customers, ensuring exceptional service experiences and efficient communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival.
  • Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and needs, accurately documenting them.
  • Provide detailed service recommendations and explanations to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare and explain service estimates and invoices to customers.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Manage service appointments and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including appointment scheduling software.
  • A positive attitude and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
