En Despegar, la travel-tech más grande de la región con más de 25 años disrumpiendo la industria, estamos buscando un Associate Product Owner II - Mobility+ que no solo entienda de producto digital, análisis de datos y A/B testing, sino que viva y respire automatización con IA, ownership total y resolutividad en su día a día.

Somos parte de Prosus, uno de los ecosistemas tech más grandes del mundo. Si te motiva gestionar productos end-to-end, trabajar con autonomía, correr tus propias queries sin depender de otros equipos y automatizar todo lo repetitivo… este es tu lugar.

🚀 El desafío

Serás dueño de las métricas del equipo de Mobility+, trabajando en 4 productos clave: Asistencias, Autos, Circuitos y Traslados.

No buscamos solo ejecutores de backlog... buscamos product owners con mucho empuje y energía que escriban, corran y validan sus propias consultas en SQL, midan experimentos A/B, automaticen reportes con IA y tomen decisiones de producto basadas en datos sin depender de otros equipos

💼 Lo que harás:

✅ Lo que buscamos:

  • Mínimo 2 años en producto digital o áreas como planeamiento comercial, marketing performance, growth, desarrollo de negocios o análisis de datos
  • Experiencia en explotación de datos, generación de insights y métricas de producto (funnels, conversión, tráfico) mediante SQL
  • SQL (armado de queries, A/B testing)
  • Herramientas de IA (prompts, agentes, skill)
