Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a GRC Manager con un perfil disruptivo, innovador y con una sólida visión de futuro. El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a será responsable de liderar las prácticas de Gobierno de seguridad, Data protection, Controles de seguridad, Riesgos, TPMA y Certificación PCI, reportando al Sr Manager de GRC.

El diferencial clave de esta posición no es solo qué hacemos, sino cómo lo hacemos. Buscamos a alguien capaz de desafiar los procesos tradicionales de cumplimiento, posicionando al equipo de GRC como un hub de habilitación de IA interno. El candidato ideal diseñará soluciones donde los agentes de Inteligencia Artificial (LLMs) actúan como redactores y preparadores, mientras que el equipo humano retiene el juicio crítico y la autoridad de aprobación, redefiniendo la eficiencia operativa.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Innovación, IA y Adopción: Liderar la redefinición de metodologías apoyándose en automatizaciones y agentes inteligentes para flujos de trabajo repetitivos (ej. cuestionarios de proveedores, mapeo de controles). Priorizar la adopción y la reducción de fricción para equipos no técnicos por encima de la complejidad de las herramientas.
  • Gobierno Normativo (Docs-as-Code): Mantener y evolucionar nuestro marco de políticas y procedimientos. Impulsar un enfoque moderno de gestión documental (Docs-as-Code), utilizando repositorios (Git), revisiones de código (PR-as-approval) y frontends renderizados para asegurar la trazabilidad normativa y el control de versiones.
  • Protección de Datos y Gobierno de IA: Definir medidas técnicas y organizativas para proteger datos sensibles y colaborar estrechamente con el DPO. Integrar prácticas tempranas de Gobierno de IA, asegurando políticas claras de manejo de datos antes del despliegue de nuevos agentes o herramientas.
  • Gestión de Auditorías y Riesgos: Actuar como punto focal ante evaluaciones de terceros. Orquestar un roadmap de automatización progresiva, desde tareas de bajo riesgo hasta soporte intensivo en juicio (análisis de brechas, registros de riesgo).
  • Alineamiento Regulatorio e Indicadores: Diseñar tableros de KPIs/KRIs para el Comité Ejecutivo. Mantener la trazabilidad del marco de control hacia normativas clásicas (PCI, SOX) y marcos emergentes (DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, CSRD).

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación: Graduado universitario en Ciberseguridad, Ingeniería, Informática, Administración, Derecho Tecnológico o carreras afines. Valoramos fuertemente la mentalidad sistémica por encima del título específico.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia comprobable en posiciones de liderazgo en áreas de GRC, Protección de Datos y/o PCI (excluyente).
  • Mindset de Automatización: Fuerte interés y experiencia práctica en la aplicación de Inteligencia Artificial al negocio. Capacidad demostrable para interactuar con LLMs (Prompt Engineering), conceptualizar flujos de trabajo con agentes y entender las limitaciones y controles necesarios para herramientas de IA.
  • Normativas y Frameworks: Conocimiento en normativas de privacidad (ej. GDPR) y familiaridad con ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, COBIT. Se valorará el conocimiento de frameworks de riesgo de IA (ej. NIST AI RMF).
  • Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de negociación, visión estratégica y capacidad para traducir requisitos técnicos a un lenguaje de negocio digerible para equipos no técnicos.
  • Certificaciones y Lenguaje: Certificaciones CISM, CRISC, CISA o CISSP valoradas. Nivel de idioma inglés Avanzado.
