Despegar, líder en travel tech en Latinoamérica y parte del ecosistema Prosus, busca incorporar a su equipo de Travel Partners un/a Sr Market Manager Global Partners - Specialist con sólidas habilidades analíticas y mentalidad emprendedora para impulsar la expansión y fortalecimiento de alianzas estratégicas con cadenas hoteleras y hoteles independientes en Estados Unidos.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan? ✨🚀

  • Comprender necesidades del cliente, adaptar propuestas y entregar valor a través de soluciones personalizadas.
  • Gestionar cuentas grandes, interactuar y cerrar negociaciones con tomadores de decisión clave.
  • Coordinar internamente con equipos multidisciplinarios (Producto, Finanzas, Marketing, entre otros) para garantizar la exitosa implementación de cada cliente.
  • Identificar tendencias, competidores y nuevas oportunidades en la región.
  • Monitorear resultados, medir performance y reportar avances de forma autónoma.
  • Crecimiento de revenue, volumen o eficiencia a través de partners.
  • Dar seguimiento a KPIs de desempeño, rentabilidad y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Preparar reportes ejecutivos, business reviews y presentaciones

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a en Ingenierías, Administración de Empresas, Turismo o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de entre 5 y 7 años en roles comerciales, prospectando y desarrollando negocio.
  • Basado en Ciudad de México o Cancún Quintana Roo.
  • Inglés bilingüe o avanzado (capaz de hacer presentaciones comerciales).
  • Habilidades de negociación con potencial de crecimiento.
  • Interés genuino en venta consultiva y construcción de relaciones comerciales duraderas.
  • Capacidad analítica sólida para presentación de resultados y estrategias.
  • Pasión por la tecnología, la innovación y el turismo.
  • Mindset entrepreneurial con capacidad de ownership y pensamiento crítico.
  • Orientación a resultados con foco en impacto real.
  • Análisis de KPIs, performance y rentabilidad de partners.
