¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Desarrollar y actualizar el plan estratégico del negocio B2C para Chile y Perú.
  • Acompañar la definición de la propuesta de valor y posicionamiento competitivo en cada mercado.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, nuevos negocios y mejoras en el modelo operativo.
  • Analizar performance comercial a través de múltiples dimensiones: productos, canales, segmentos, geografías.
  • Evaluar iniciativas estratégicas y medir su impacto en el P&L.
  • Identificar eficiencias operativas y optimizaciones en la estructura de costos.
  • Hacer seguimiento del roadmap estratégico en coordinación con Producto, Revenue y Marketing.
  • Asegurar alineamiento entre áreas y velocidad de ejecución.
  • Preparar presentaciones de resultados para el comité ejecutivo regional.
  • Comunicar insights, tendencias y recomendaciones estratégicas de forma clara y accionable.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de estrategia, planificación comercial, finanzas corporativas o consultoría estratégica.
  • Experiencia previa liderando equipos o proyectos multidisciplinarios.
  • Visión estratégica con capacidad de análisis y síntesis
  • Orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones basada en datos
  • Autonomía, proactividad y capacidad de priorización
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y stakeholder management
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y con alta ambigüedad
  • Experiencia en industria de viajes, e-commerce, marketplaces o tecnología (deseable).
