Buscamos Service Center Lead en #EquipoDespegar

Liderar en Despegar no es solo supervisar: es construir equipo, impulsar resultados y resolver con autonomía. Buscamos alguien que piense como dueño, ejecute rápido y no le tema al error.

El desafío:

Liderar un equipo de 10-15 personas en nuestro Service Center (atención al cliente / post-venta). Tu misión: mejorar métricas de satisfacción, eficiencia operativa y retención mientras desarrollas a tu gente.

Tu día a día:

  • Diseñar planes de acción para mejorar KPIs clave (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
  • Analizar data y tomar decisiones basadas en números
  • Motivar, dar feedback directo y desarrollar talento
  • Ser el referente técnico y cultural de tu equipo
  • Gestionar operaciones de servicio y post-venta con visión de mejora continua

Lo que necesitas:

  • Licenciatura (Turismo, Administración o afín)
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos de call center (servicio al cliente o ventas) - Indispensable
  • Manejo de GDS globalizadores (Sabre, Amadeus) - Requisito obligatorio
  • Excel intermedio-avanzado + herramientas de análisis (BI, dashboards)
  • Mentalidad de mejora continua y ejecución ágil
  • Capacidad de análisis de métricas y toma de decisiones basada en datos
