Wir suchen am Standort Albbruck CNC Dreher oder Fräser (m/w/d) für die Einrichtung der CNC Maschinen und die Umsetzung der Einzelteilfertigung. Ein kleiner Auszug Ihrer Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einfahren und Optimieren von CNC- gesteuerten Maschinen
  • Produktion von Einzelstücken und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung
  • Meldung korrekter Rüst- und Laufzeiten sowie Stück- und Ausschusszahlen
  • Rechtzeitige Bereitstellung und/oder Beschaffung zum Auftrag erforderlicher Betriebsmittel, Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel
  • Pflege und Sicherstellung der permanenten Betriebsbereitschaft aller Werkzeuge
  • Wöchentliches Reinigen der Maschinen, die zum Aufgabenbereich gehören
  • Kontrolle der fertigen Werkstücke nach QM-Angaben

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Eine Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf (z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Rüstung von Maschinen
  • Erfahrung in der Einzelteilfertigung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Feintoleranzen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. gutes B1 Level)
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
