Wir suchen am Standort 78136 Schonach CNC Maschineneinrichter (Drehen oder Fräsen) (m/w/d) für die Einrichtung der CNC Maschinen und die Umsetzung der Kleinserienfertigung. Ein kleiner Auszug Ihrer Aufgaben:

  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Langdrehautomaten Typ Star und/oder Index ABC Drehautomaten
  • Fertigung von Kleinserien nach Zeichnung
  • Prüfen der Werkstücke und Durchführen von Korrekturen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Auf- und Abrüsten sowie Wartung und Pflege dieser CNC-Drehautomaten
  • Überwachung und Optimierung des Fertigungsprozesses

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Eine Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf (z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Sie haben keine Ausbildung abgeschlossen, aber mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einrichtung und Programmierung? Dann dürfen Sie sich gerne bewerben!
  • Notwendig: Erfahrung in der Einrichtung und Rüstung von Maschinen mit Hilfe von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Programmierung (Training möglich)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. gutes B1 Level)
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
