Wir suchen in Freiburg im Breisgau eine(n) Steuerfachangestellte(r) oder Steuerfachwirt:in als Ergänzung für das Kanzlei-Team. Es handelt sich um eine klassische Allround-Tätigkeit mit viel Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Das Leistungsspektrum reicht von der laufenden Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung über die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen bis hin zur umfassenden steuerlichen Betreuung und Vertretung gegenüber Finanzbehörden. Dabei legt das Team großen Wert auf individuelle Lösungen, digitale Arbeitsprozesse und eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit den Mandanten.

Zum Mandantenkreis zählen Einzelunternehmen, Freiberufler, Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften sowie Privatpersonen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen.

Ein kleiner Auszug Ihrer Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Anfertigung von Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen
  • Idealerweise oder nach der Einarbeitung: Erstellung von Körperschaftsteuererklärungen
  • Idealerweise oder nach der Einarbeitung: Sicherer Umgang mit Bilanzen, insbesondere für Kapitalgesellschaften (nicht ausschließlich Einzelunternehmen)
  • Anwendung von DATEV

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten oder vergleichbar
  • Mind. 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV oder einer vergleichbaren Kanzleisoftware
  • Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein offener, freundlicher Kommunikationsstil
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
