Job Description

Desde nuestra unidad de proyecto Cyber Trust buscamos un Administrador Senior Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM y EDR (Cortex XDR) nivel 2-3 para incorporar a uno de nuestros proyectos.

Modalidad hÍbrida con alguna asistencia puntual a oficinas (Madrid).

Horario 8x5 con disponibilidad a guardias 24x7

FUNCIONES:

  • Analizar y responder a incidentes de seguridad en Palo Alto (Cortex XSIAM y XDR) con funciones de L2 y L3: investigación en profundidad, contención, erradicación, análisis forense de endpoint y elaboración de informes post-incidente.
  • Explotar las capacidades nativas de XSIAM (analítica, IA, playbooks, agentes) y administrar los módulos licenciados: ITDR, Exposure Management, ASM/XTI, Cloud Runtime Security, Cloud Posture, AppSec y Endpoint Protection.
  • Configurar perfiles de agente, paquetes de instalación y tokens de desinstalación; gestionar versiones y despliegues del agente.
  • Definir y mantener políticas de seguridad, gestionar excepciones de alertas bajo demanda y ejecutar escaneos bajo demanda o activados por playbook o incidencia.
  • Cargar IOCs y crear reglas custom (BIOCs); configurar y programar consultas de hunting en XQL.
  • Revisar y mejorar de forma continua los Data Models existentes y las integraciones de fuentes de datos.
  • Configurar y mantener integraciones (APIs, conectores, MCP) entre XSIAM y la IA del cliente, y gestionar las API Keys.
  • Gestionar la integración XSIAM / Cortex Cloud.
  • Analizar y optimizar el consumo de Compute Units.
  • Dar soporte a incidencias de la plataforma (8x5, con guardias 24x7) y gestionar la relación con el soporte del fabricante.
  • Evaluar nuevas capacidades de Palo Alto Networks, elaborar la propuesta de adopción, pilotar en modo shadow y ejecutar la implantación.
