Job Description

Le Poste: Piloter les projets et programmes d’évolution des infrastructures physiques ou virtuelles.

En tant qu'Infrastructure Project Manager, vous orchestrez les programmes vitaux de nos fondations technologiques. De la gestion de l'obsolescence aux opérations complexes de Move Datacenter ou de Carve-in/Carve-out, vous assurez la continuité, la performance et la sécurité de nos environnements physiques et virtuels.

🚀 Vos Activités Principales

1. Pilotage de Programmes de Transformation

  • Missions Critiques : Piloter l’implémentation d’infrastructures, la gestion de l’obsolescence, les Move Datacenter et les opérations de Carve-in / Carve-out.
  • Contrôle Qualité : Examiner les résultats par rapport aux exigences et à l'analyse de rentabilisation ; valider la documentation et les rapports.
  • Pilotage Augmenté : Utiliser l'IA (GenAI / Agentic IA) pour simplifier et automatiser les tâches quotidiennes et l'outillage de pilotage.

2. Maîtrise du Portefeuille Projets (Charges, Délais, Coûts)

  • Planification : Formaliser le planning global par domaines avec jalons clés et suivi d'avancement rigoureux (Reporting).
  • Gestion Budgétaire : Contrôler les coûts, analyser les écarts (Estimation vs Réel), gérer le RAF / RAC et garantir l'atterrissage financier.
  • Gouvernance des Risques : Cartographier, anticiper et gérer les risques projet (Réalignement et provisionnement).

3. Coordination & Management des Tiers

  • Animation Transverse : Organiser, coordonner et animer l'ensemble des contributeur·ice·s internes et externes.
  • Gestion Fournisseurs : Piloter la relation avec les partenaires technologiques tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.

  • Project Management : Prince2 (Foundation & Practitioner), PMP, PSM1 (Scrum).
  • Cloud & Virtualisation : AZ900 (Azure), AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMware Certified.
  • IA Native : GenAI Level 1 & 2 for PM, SAFe AI Native Foundations, Native Change Agent.
