Job Description

Envie de lancer ta carrière dans l’automatisation de demain ?

Notre équipe recrute ses futurs talents en stage de fin d’études pour participer à des projets d’Hyperautomation auprès de grands comptes dans des secteurs variés : banque, assurance, énergie, retail, santé, divertissement…

Tu rejoindras une équipe d’expert·e·s et travailleras sur des projets concrets mêlant conseil, automatisation et nouvelles technologies.

Tous nos stages s’inscrivent dans une logique de pré-embauche, avec la possibilité de poursuivre l’aventure en CDI à l’issue de ton stage.

Tes missions

Accompagné au quotidien par ton tuteur / tutrice dédié·e, tu évolueras au cœur d'un double enjeu théorique et opérationnel :

🔎 Projets théoriques

  • Veille & Benchmark : Analyser les tendances du marché (IA, Agentic, IDP, Process Mining) et identifier les cas d'usage clients clés.
  • Étude & Cadrage théorique : Évaluer l'articulation de ces technologies avec la RPA traditionnelle.
  • Maquettage / PoC conceptuel : Modéliser des scénarios d'application concrets (PDD/SDD) pour illustrer la valeur ajoutée.
  • Restitution d'équipe : Concevoir le support de présentation et animer une présentation pour acculturer et partager les conclusions à l'ensemble des collaborateurs.

🚀 Projets opérationnels

  • Participer à une ou plusieurs missions de conseil (en interne ou directement chez le client, selon opportunités) aux côtés d'experts pour découvrir le métier et développer tes compétences terrain.

Qualifications

  • Tu es en dernière année d’école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou de master universitaire et tu recherches un stage de 6 mois en 2027.
  • Tu as une première expérience ou des notions en RPA / automatisation (UiPath, Blue Prism, n8n…) ou un fort intérêt pour ces sujets.
  • Tu es curieux·se des nouvelles technologies : IA, Agentic AI, OCR…
  • Tu as un bon esprit d’analyse et tu aimes résoudre des problèmes.
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et tu as un bon relationnel.
  • Tu as envie de découvrir le conseil et la transformation digitale.
