Job Description

Melaksanakan proses pengemasan, pengecapan & lipat brosur kemasan sekunder sesuai prosedur dan arahan dari Atasan, dalam 1 shift pada Unit Production Operations sesuai dengan ketentuan dan standar yang berlaku.

Responsibilities

  1. Melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian Balance Score Card (BSC) individu.
  2. Mengajukan izin release jalur pengemasan kepada Atasan saat akan memulai persiapan proses pengemasan produk batch baru atau akan memulai melanjutkan pengemasan suatu batch yang tertunda oleh pengemasan produk lainnya.
  3. Melaksanakan proses pengemasan sesuai dengan standar CPOB / kualitas, kuantitas dan waktu yang telah ditentukan, mulai dari serah terima bahan kemas, persiapan, proses pengemasan (termasuk dokumentasi pengisian data hasil pengemasan ke dalam lembar manufaturing instruction , dan dokumen lampiran-lampiran yg diperlukan dalam pengemasan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan), sampai dengan penyerahan Obat Jadi ke Bagian Logistik.
  4. Menggunakan dan melihara peralatan dan sarana penunjang yang digunakan dalam proses pengemasan sekunder sehingga terhindar dari kesalahan pemakaian dan kerusakan.
  5. Melakukan kegiatan operasional lain sesuai arahan dari Atasan.

Qualifications

  • Tidak buta warna, tidak memiliki penyakit menular, tidak alergi
  • Lulusan SMA/SMK
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift
