Job Description

Mengimplementasikan, memonitoring, dan melaporkan kegiatan operasional inventory Finished Goods termasuk aktivitas cycle count dalam menjaga keseluruhan akurasi inventory Finished Goods Dexa (Site Palembang & Toll Site), untuk keperluan penjualan langsung ataupun proses pengemasan ulang, hingga transaksi penjualan konsinyasi ke Distributor, termasuk mengawasi proses shipment/delivery Finished Goods ke distributor sesuai dengan standar, serta mengelola proses retur obat hingga proses pemusnahannya, dan mengevaluasi seluruh aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan sesuai dengan standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Responsibilities

  1. Menyusun perencanaan/target tahunan dalam bentuk Balance Score Card (BSC) individu dan timnya, mengusulkan rencana anggaran biaya kepada Atasan dan melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian/realisasinya.
  2. Mengimplementasikan perencanaan terhadap :stock opname/cycle count atas semua inventory FG DXM yang disimpan di seluruhgudang Pabrik milik Dexagroup, Stock Dexa yang disimpan di NDC, Toll Site Rekanan Dexa, maupun pihak ketiga/ TPL. penerimaan Obat Jadi Import untuk proyeksi kapasitas penyimpanan yang optimal di Gudang NDC, BPC, dan TPL (untuk lingkup Warehouse Outsource/Toll Site) transaksi penjualan konsinyasi atas Obat Jadi di seluruh Gudang Pabrik milik Dexagroup, Stock Dexa yang di simpan di NDC, Toll Site rekanan Dexa maupun Pihak Ketiga / TPL ke DIstributor (prioritas item, metode pengiriman, alokasi distribusi, pemilihan ekspedisi, security, dsb).
  3. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap aktivitas :Penanganan FG Import di Gudang NDC, BPC, dan TPL sejak proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, pelabelan (jika diperlukan) dan penjualan konsinyasi ke Distributor (untuk lingkup Warehouse Outsource/Toll SIte). Inventory retur obat jadi yang diterima di Gudang Retur NDC Cikarang hingga Obat Jadi tersebut dimusnahkan oleh Pihak Ketiga. Penanganan FG hasil produksi Site Palembang sejak penerimaan dari Produksi - penyimpanan di Warehouse dan penjualan konsinyasi ke DIstributor (untuk lingkup Warehouse FG).
  4. Memastikan proses dan mengolah data terkait:Kesesuaian aktivitas di Gudang Obat Jadi Site Palembang (untuk lingkup Warehouse FG) dan di Gudang Obat Jadi lain di luar Site Palembang (untuk lingkup Warehouse Outsource/Toll SIte) berjalan selaras dengan regulasi GMP, CPOB/CPOTB & regulasi lainnya yang berlaku. Pelayanan ke Distributor dan Bagian terkait lainnya berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Setiap penyimpangan yang terjadi & menelusurinya, baik berdasarkan self inspection maupun distributor complaint, dan potential problem yang menyebabkan arus supply chain terganggu.
  5. Me-review dan membuat pembaharuan prosedur-prosedur yang terkait dengan operasional Gudang Obat Jadi.
  6. Memberikan instruksi, memantau (monitor) aktivitas kerja, dan mengembangakan anggota tim di bawah tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan.
