Description du poste

QUEL EST LE TRAVAIL?

Localisation : Sept-Iles.

Langue : Français.

Rotation : Variable (Selon les horaires de départ et d’arrivée du train)

Horaire : 12 heures par jour ou par nuit.

Salaire : Rémunération compétitive, heures supplémentaires après 9h par jours payées à temps et demi. Dimanche payé à temps et demi.

Transport : Par train au départ de Sept-Iles, carte d'identité obligatoire.

Camps : Campements de travail de 20 à 40 clients.

Les tâches et responsabilités de la personne occupant le poste d'aide cuisinier incluent, mais ne se limitent pas nécessairement aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assister les cuisiniers dans leur production;
  • Préparer les aliments à leur transformation;
  • S’assurer que toute la préparation nécessaire est effectuée, notée et rencontre les standards de qualité;
  • Participer au service du dîner et du souper;
  • Participer au nettoyage et au maintien de la propreté de la cuisine, plonge et des espaces de services;
  • S’assurer que toutes les tâches sont effectuées de façon sécuritaire et signaler tout incident ou problème immédiatement. Ne passez pas à côté, agissez maintenant;
  • Toutes autres tâches selon les besoins.

Qualifications

QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS?

  • 6 mois à un an d’expérience en cuisine;
  • Expérience dans les camps d’hébergement de la main-d’œuvre en région ou milieux éloignés (campements) sont un atout;
  • Se conformer à toutes les normes du SIMDUT (Système d’information sur les matières dangereuses utilisées au travail);
  • • Le bilinguisme français-anglais est considéré comme un atout..

  • Personne responsable, professionnelle et fiable;
  • Attitude positive, fais preuve de leadership et de politesse;
  • Prédominance dans le respect des règles et directives en matière de santé et de sécurité;
  • Tolérance à l’exécution de tâches répétitives;
