If so, we are looking for dedicated, curious, and highly motivated graduates to join the DFDS Graduate Programme starting in September 2027.

Be part of the movement - and play your part.

About the Finance Graduate Programme

The DFDS Graduate Programme is a two-year fast-track programme for recent graduates with an interest in and passion for the maritime industry. With several acquisitions and continued growth across Europe, our Finance Division plays a key role in supporting business performance, driving strategic decision-making, and enabling sustainable growth across DFDS.

During the programme, you will complete three rotations across different areas of our Finance Division. You will begin at our headquarters in Copenhagen, followed by a mandatory international rotation at one of our European hubs. Your final rotation at our headquarters (HQ) will be tailored to your skills, interests, and our business needs.

Throughout the programme, you will gain broad exposure to both the business partnering and HQ functions of our Finance Division while building valuable industry knowledge and professional experience.

Finance at DFDS

Finance is at the heart of supporting our business and helping DFDS make informed decisions across our shipping and logistics operations.

Examples of interesting tasks could be:

  • Develop KPI reporting and management insights to support business decisions.
  • Deliver analyses and recommendations to management, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Gain exposure to strategic projects, investments, and initiatives supporting the continued growth of DFDS.

Across all rotations, you will work closely with highly skilled colleagues and collaborate with teams across our business units, group functions, and senior leadership. To support your development, each rotation will include both a dedicated manager and a mentor who will help you successfully navigate your learning journey.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
