Als (Junior) Sales Medewerker Binnendienst bij DFDS Logistics Nijmegen speel je een belangrijke rol in het onderhouden van klantcontacten en het ondersteunen van het commerciële proces binnen de Premium Cold chain.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen sales en ondersteunt zowel de binnen- als buitendienst. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat informatie correct wordt verwerkt en klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen.

Deze functie biedt een mooie kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving en door te groeien richting een rol in de buitendienst.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch contact met klanten en prospects.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze actief op.
  • Je verwerkt klantgegevens, afspraken en commerciële informatie nauwkeurig in de administratie.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van rapportages en analyses.
  • Je signaleert commerciële kansen en draagt actief bij aan het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's van de buitendienst en ondersteunt hen bij klanttrajecten.

Wat zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een commerciële of klantgerichte functie.
  • Je beschikt over mbo 4- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een pre.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
