Bij DFDS krijg je de kans om het vak van heftruckchauffeur écht te leren. Zonder certificaat starten? Dat kan! Wij leiden je intern op. In ons hechte Packaging Team werk je samen aan een soepel en veilig logistiek proces, waarbij jij stap voor stap groeit in jouw rol.

Wat ga je doen?

Als heftruckchauffeur in ons Packaging Team leer je het werk stap voor stap. We starten met het halen van jouw heftruckcertificaat — dit doen wij intern. Daarna leer je hoe het hele proces werkt: van het veilig laden en lossen tot aan bedienen van machines. Je werkt samen in een groot en gezellig team. Met elkaar houden jullie het proces van alle binnenkomende en uitgaande kratten draaiende. Iedereen heeft hierin een eigen rol en verantwoordelijkheid.

· Leren rijden met de heftruck en uitvoeren van laad- en loswerk.

· Controleren, en klaarmaken van alle emballagemiddelen.

· Kleine storingen aan machines oplossen en meedenken over technische verbeteringen.

· Registreren van controles en belangrijke gegevens.

· Collega’s helpen en later ook nieuwe collega’s inwerken.

· Leren hoe je een team kunt leiden en/of aansturen

Shifts

• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30 • Week 2: 14:30 – 23:00 • Ongeveer één keer per maand op zaterdag: 07:00 – 15:00

Wat zoeken wij?

· Interesse in het rijden met een heftruck. Een certificaat is niet nodig, dit haal je intern.

· Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag samen.

· Je kunt in twee ploegen, werken en soms op zaterdag.

· Zelfstandig en oplossing gericht kunnen werken.

· Je spreekt Nederlands en een beetje Engels.

· Je woont in of rondom Nijmegen.
