Als Junior Accountmanager zorg jij ervoor dat logistieke klantverzoeken snel, correct en efficiënt door onze organisatie heen bewegen. Jij bent de schakel tussen klant, loods, douane, planning en interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en heldere communicatie loopt het logistieke proces soepel: van order tot levering. Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille en onderhoudt dagelijks contact met jouw klanten.
  • Je verwerkt orders, bewaakt voorraden en verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling binnen ons WMS.
  • Je stemt intern af met onder andere loods, douane en facturatie zodat goederen tijdig worden opgehaald en geleverd.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten in het proces en vertaalt deze naar verbeterkansen.
  • Je werkt samen binnen een hecht team collega’s en draagt bij aan een soepel operationeel proces.

Wat zoeken wij?

  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.
  • Je beschikt over MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Ervaring in een logistieke of administratieve omgeving is welkom, maar zeker geen must; jouw proactieve houding en leerbereidheid vinden we belangrijker.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, nauwkeurig en kritisch, en je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte uitvoering van het proces.
  • Je bent een teamplayer en houdt van aanpakken.
