Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Rauchabzugs- und Lüftungssystemen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Prüfung der technischen Voraussetzungen auf Baustellen und Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Installation
  • Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen sowie Durchführung von Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Digitale Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und Arbeitsergebnissen
  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Serviceprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, beispielsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Service oder Außendienst von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- Serviceorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenumfeld
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Wohnort idealerweise im Raum Nürnberg und Umgebung
