Dein Terrain

Durch Deine Projekterfahrung sowie Deine offene Ausstrahlung fällt es Dir leicht, neue Kunden zu gewinnen, Projekte zu akquirieren und Deine Bestandskunden in Deiner Vertriebsregion (Norddeutschland) zu betreuen. Unsere Kunden kommen mit Herausforderungen auf uns zu - als regionaler Außendienstmitarbeiter bietest Du Ihnen die Lösung von defekten Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen oder registrierst den Bestand von neuen Wartungsobjekten. Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Ansprache und Gewinnung technischer Neukunden mit Fokus auf Beratung und Bedarfsermittlung
  • Technische Beratung zu Lösungen rund um Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen (RWA)
  • Durchführung von Bestandsaufnahmen und Bewertung bestehender Anlagen
  • Identifikation von Wartungs‑, Service‑ und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Technik und Innendienst
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation im CRM sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen für den Gebietsausbau

Dein Werkzeug

Diese Position passt besonders gut zu dir, wenn du:

  • eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, SHK) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Weiterbildung abgeschlossen hast
  • Erfahrung als Servicetechniker, Anwendungstechniker, technischer Außendienst oder im technischen Vertrieb mitbringst
  • Freude daran hast, Neues aufzubauen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Technik verständlich erklären kannst und gerne im direkten Kundenkontakt bist
  • strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert arbeitest
  • sicher mit CRM-Systemen, Tablet und mobilen Tools umgehst

Vertriebserfahrung ist hilfreich - technisches Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft sind entscheidender!
