Jij bent een echte mensenmens. Je vindt het leuk om met klanten en collega's te praten en krijgt energie van contact met verschillende mensen. Je kunt goed luisteren, stelt makkelijk vragen en weet een gesprek op een natuurlijke manier op gang te brengen.

Je bent daarnaast proactief. Als jij ergens een kans ziet, wacht je niet totdat iemand anders ermee aan de slag gaat. Je pakt de telefoon, zoekt uit wat er speelt en onderneemt actie.

Ook wanneer een klant met een lastige vraag of escalatie komt, blijf jij rustig en professioneel. Je vindt het leuk om zaken uit te zoeken, verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen en ervoor te zorgen dat een klant weet waar hij aan toe is.

Tijdens het sollicitatieproces zijn we daarom vooral benieuwd naar concrete voorbeelden. Wanneer heb jij zelf initiatief genomen? Wanneer heb je een klant of collega geholpen zonder dat iemand daarom vroeg? En wanneer heb jij verantwoordelijkheid gepakt voor een probleem dat niet zomaar opgelost kon worden?

Je hebt daarnaast:

  • Ervaring in een klantgerichte, commerciële of administratieve omgeving.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling.
  • Een proactieve houding en de drive om zelf actie te ondernemen.
  • Het vermogen om overzicht te houden en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Bij DHL Express krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en verder te groeien. Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €3.750, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
  • Een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO 7.

  • 23 vakantiedagen en 13 extra dagen, of de mogelijkheid om deze uit te laten betalen als 6,24%.
