Penempatan: Jakarta Barat | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu client kami yang bergerak di industri supplier material bahan bangunan dan interior, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan customer service yang baik untuk bergabung sebagai Sales Support. Posisi ini berperan dalam menjaga hubungan dengan konsumen, mendukung kebutuhan administrasi sales, serta memastikan proses pesanan hingga pembayaran dan pengiriman berjalan dengan baik.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan follow up dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan konsumen.
  • Memberikan informasi terkait produk, harga, promo, pesanan, dan layanan.
  • Mengelola database serta riwayat pembelian konsumen untuk mendukung Sales & Marketing.
  • Membuat penawaran harga, Sales Order (SO), dan dokumen penjualan.
  • Memantau pesanan, pembayaran, pengiriman, serta keluhan konsumen.
  • Membuat laporan follow up konsumen dan aktivitas Sales & Marketing.
  • Menindaklanjuti leads konsumen baru dari media sosial kepada tim Sales.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Customer Service, Sales Admin, atau Sales Support.
  • Diutamakan berpengalaman di industri material bangunan/interior/supplier.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel; pengalaman CRM menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Komunikatif, empatik, dan customer-oriented.
  • Mampu melakukan follow up dan relationship building.
  • Teliti, responsif, dan memiliki administrasi yang baik.
