Bei uns leben 61 Seniorinnen in hellen, einladenden Räumen mit Cafeteria, gemütlichen Aufenthaltsbereichen und einer grünen Außenanlage. Unser Alltag ist abwechslungsreich: Andachten, Aktivitäten, Snoezelen, kleine Ausflüge und sogar unsere Alpakas sorgen für besondere Momente. Gemeinsam schaffen wir einen Ort, an dem sich Bewohner*innen ebenso wohlfühlen wie unsere Mitarbeitenden.

  • Stellvertretende Leitung eines Wohnbereichs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Wohnbereichsleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Wohnbereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung des Pflegeteams
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie individuelle Begleitung unserer Bewohner*innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Therapeutinnen und Angehörigen
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen sowie Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
