🤝 Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst und begleitest Menschen in besonderen sozialen Lebenslagen.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Klient*innen individuelle Ziele und Unterstützungsangebote.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Sicherung und dem Erhalt von Wohnraum.
  • Du hilfst bei Behördenangelegenheiten und sozialrechtlichen Fragen.
  • Du begleitest Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen und stärkst ihre Selbstständigkeit.
  • Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit und wirkst an Hilfeplanungen mit.
  • Du arbeitest mit Behörden, Kostenträgern und Netzwerkpartnern zusammen.
  • Du bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebote ein.

Du hast

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit Sozialpädagogik
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in besonderen sozialen Lebenslagen
  • eine wertschätzende, empathische und gleichzeitig klare Haltung
  • eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der Wohnungslosenhilfe oder einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsfeld
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich § 67 SGB XII
  • Lust darauf, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • einen Führerschein der Klasse B
