Über ein ausgedehntes Vertriebsnetz mit einer Tochtergesellschaft und Partnern auf der ganzen Welt bietet DIAMOND Lösungen für verschiedene Märkte wie Photonik, Telekommunikation, Medizinaltechnik sowie Luft\- und Raumfahrt an.

Zur Verstärkung des Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine kunden\- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Key Account Manager/in.

Sind Sie versiert im Umgang mit Menschen, sprechen Fremdsprachen und fühlen sich im Verkaufsinnendienst wohl?

Als Key Account Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer internationalen Vertriebspartner und Geschäftskunden (Europa und weltweit) durch das gesamte Kundenmanagement vom Angebot bis zur Auslieferung der Produkte. Darüber hinaus gehört es zu Ihren wesentlichen Aufgaben, die in der Abteilung tätigen Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Innendienst zu unterstützen und Ihnen durch Ihr fundiertes Fachwissen eine optimale Hilfestellung zu geben.

Hauptaufgaben -----------------

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Unternehmensaccounts
  • Technische und teilweise kommerzielle Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten \- von der Kundenanfrage bis hin zur Auslieferung
  • Erstellung von Projektdokumentation, Preislisten und Angeboten
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Produktion
  • Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner in technischen Fragen stehen Sie Kunden, Aussendienst und Vertretungen unterstützend und beratend zur Seite

Ihre Qualifikationen für diese Position ----------------------------------------

  • Diese vielfältige und anspruchsvolle Aufgabe erfordert eine technische Grundausbildung als Maschineningenieur, HTL\-Ingenieur in Mikromechanik oder ähnliches mit entsprechender Erfahrung im elektronischen / mechanischen Umfeld sowie einer technischen oder kaufmännischen Weiterbildung
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenbereich gesammelt
  • Ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil, Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und eine Hands\-on\-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus
  • Neues interessiert Sie und ein breites Aufgabenspektrum reizt Sie
  • Sie sind es gewohnt, im Team zu arbeiten und Ihre Arbeitskollegen bei Bedarf zu unterstützen
  • Sie verfügen über gute Computerkenntnisse, MS\-Office, evtl. SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) setzen wir voraus – weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Geschäftsreisen setzen wir voraus.
