  • Du repräsentierst die Bayerische als selbstständiger Agenturleiter nach § 84 HGB (m/w/d) in deiner Region
  • Als Risikomanagerin und Problemlöserin erstellst du individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Lösungen für deine Kund*innen
  • Du nutzt unsere umfangreichen Weiterbildungsangebote für deine persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzen Versicherungsfachmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, Zielorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Überzeugungskraft, Kommunikationsstärke und Affinität zu digitalen Beratungs- und Verkaufsinstrumenten
  • Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit mit und für Menschen
