Dafür begeisterst du dich

  • Als Exklusivpartner (m/w/d) repräsentierst Du die Bayerische vor Ort, pflegst Deinen Kundenbestand mit Beratungskompetenz und digitaler Affinität und baut diese aus.
  • Als Risikomanager und Problemlöser bietest Du Deinen Kunden eine allumfassende Beratung, analysierst Risiken und erstellst bedarfsgerechte Lösungen.
  • Du nutzt Angebote zur stetigen Weiterbildung, sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzen, eine Ausbildung als Versicherungsfachmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du überzeugst durch zielorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
  • Dich zeichnen Überzeugungskraft, Kommunikationstalent sowie Interesse an digitalen Beratungs- und Verkaufsinstrumenten aus.
  • Eigeninitiative, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
