Für unseren Fahrdienst in Bergisch Gladbach suchen wir ab sofort engagierte

Mitarbeiter im Fahrdienst (m/w/d)

im Rahmen eines Freiwilligen Sozialen Jahres (FSJ), des Bundesfreiwilligendienstes (BFD) oder eines Ehrenamts.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie holen unsere Klientinnen und Klienten von zu Hause ab und bringen sie sicher zu unseren Angeboten oder wieder zurück.
  • Sie sorgen mit einer ruhigen, freundlichen und wertschätzenden Art für eine angenehme Atmosphäre während der Fahrt.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Bedarf mit einer Tür-zu-Tür-Begleitung.
  • Sie stehen im Austausch mit unseren pädagogischen Mitarbeitenden und geben wichtige Beobachtungen weiter.
  • Sie führen Fahrtenbücher und Dokumentationen zuverlässig.
  • Sie gehen verantwortungsvoll mit unseren Fahrzeugen um und unterstützen bei einfachen Fahrzeugchecks, Tankvorgängen und der Fahrzeugpflege.

Ihr Profil:

  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Freude am Umfang mit Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freundliches Auftreten und eine wertschätzende Haltung
  • Sichere und vorausschauende Fahrweise
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Einsatzzeiten
