Für Pammys suchen wir einen TikTok Specialist (m/w/d), der die Plattform wirklich lebt und daraus Wachstum für unsere Brand macht.

Pammys ist in nur vier Jahren auf über 1 Million Kundinnen und Kunden gewachsen. Jetzt wollen wir unsere Präsenz auf TikTok deutlich weiter ausbauen und die Plattform noch stärker für Reichweite, Community, Creator und Social Commerce nutzen.

Dafür musst du noch kein Senior-Profil mit zehn Jahren Marketing-Erfahrung sein.

Was uns viel wichtiger ist:

Du verstehst TikTok. Du bist extrem nah an Trends. Du hast Ideen. Und du setzt sie schnell um.

Deine Aufgaben

  • TikTok-Trends, Creator, Sounds und neue Formate früh erkennen und für Pammys übersetzen
  • Neue Content-Ideen, Hooks und Formate entwickeln und testen
  • unseren TikTok-Kanal operativ weiterentwickeln und organische Reichweite aufbauen
  • Creator recherchieren und bei Kooperationen und Aktivierungen unterstützen
  • Content Performance analysieren und erfolgreiche Formate konsequent weiterentwickeln
  • Social-Commerce- und TikTok-Shop-Aktivitäten unterstützen
  • eng mit Social Media, Content Production, Influencer Marketing und TikTok Shop zusammenarbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Du lebst TikTok und kennst aktuelle Trends, Creator und Plattformmechaniken
  • Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Content, Fashion, Popkultur und Social Media
  • Erste Erfahrung in TikTok, Social Media, Content oder Creator Marketing ist ein Plus
  • Du verstehst, wie Aufmerksamkeit und organische Reichweite auf TikTok entstehen
  • Du bist kreativ, schnell, neugierig und probierst lieber aus, als wochenlang zu diskutieren
  • Du kannst Content Performance verstehen und daraus Learnings ableiten
  • Du hast Lust, selbst Verantwortung zu übernehmen und TikTok bei Pammys mit aufzubauen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
